Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and product-related issues.
- Provide prompt and accurate support via phone and email
- Responsible for working closely with product team achieving both company sales target.
- To handle customers inquiry including License quotation order processing and order cancellation etc.
- Backup for Product Manager
- To perform other related administrative duties
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business IT or related field.
- 12 years of experience in customer support technical support or product-related roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to details
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
