Marketing Communications Coordinator

Job Summary

• Assist with the Marcom team with an exciting and creative range of communications areas primarily in the area of public relations marketing as well as social media.
• Assist with hotel web pages changes and ensure contents and photos are continually updated
• Generating media reports and clippings for both English and Chinese.
• Making sure all press materials and media database are up-to-date.
• Assisting with administrative work such as preparing welcome card welcome amenities gift certificate as well as purchase request and courier form.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in hotel management or related discipline
• Relevant experience in luxury hotels will be a plus
• Excellent time management andable to work under pressure
• Detailed minded and good orgranizational skills
• Be innovative and passionate to strive for service excellence
• Excellent command of English proficiency in other languages will be a plus
