About the role
-To manage P&L of SMD
-Identify new sales opportunities and develop strong relationships with contractors consultants developers and end-users.
-Prepare and deliver sales presentations proposals and quotations.
-Achieve sales targets through proactive engagement.
-Provide technical advice on air conditioning system design equipment selection and system configurations.
-Review tender documents specifications and drawings to recommend suitable HVAC solutions.
-Coordinate with Project teams to ensure accurate and feasible system proposals and follow through on order fulfillment.
-Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
-Address customer inquiries complaints or technical issues promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Building Services Engineering or related disciplines.
- More than 10 years of work experience related to commercial HVAC systems is required with at least 5 years of management experience.
- Proven experience in HVAC solution sales with strong project management and operational experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects end-to-end from pre-sales design tender stage through execution delivery and handover.
- Solid project management experience with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure successful project execution in a complex matrix organization.
- Solid understanding of commercial HVAC systems including chillers VRF/VRV AHUs and system applications.
- Experience working with consultants main contractors developers and internal project teams.
- Strong capability to balance technical commercial and project execution requirements.
- Excellent communication coordination and stakeholder management skills.
