DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Manager HCCO Other APAClocatedinSeoul South Korea.
The Manager HCC Other APAC serves as the Healthcare Compliance Officer fortheassigned APAC marketsincluding South KoreaHong Kongand Taiwanproviding endtoend strategic and operational compliance leadership for DePuy Synthes Orthopedics business. This role partners closely with country leadership Legalbusinessand functional stakeholders and regional and global Compliance teams to ensure ethical business conduct effective risk management and adherence to applicable healthcare laws regulations and company role has a significant impact on safeguarding the organizations reputation while enabling compliant sustainable business growth across diverse and complex APAC markets.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary Healthcare Compliance Officer for assigned APAC markets including South KoreaHong Kongand Taiwan.
Execute healthcare compliance strategies aligned with regional and global priorities.
Identify assess and manage compliance risks related to commercial promotional professional education and other business and operational activities.
Provide practical risk-based guidance to business leaders on healthcare compliance requirements and ethical decision-making.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to embed compliance controls into business processes and market activities.
Support core compliance program elements including governance risk assessments monitoring reporting and training programs.
Collaborate with Legal and other functions to support investigations audits and regulatory or health authority interactions.
Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends across APAC and escalate emerging risks asappropriate.
Preparecompliancerisk assessments insights and updates for regional leadership.
Promote a strong culture of integrity accountability and speak-up across supported markets.

Qualifications
Education
Required:Bachelors degree in Law Business Compliance Finance Healthcare Administration ora relatedfield.
Preferred:Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g. Compliance Legal Risk or Ethicsrelated).
Experience and Skills
Required:
5-7years of progressive experiencein healthcare compliance legal risk management audit or related fields.
Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance laws regulations and industry codes applicable across APAC markets.
Demonstrated leadership experience including managing teams or leading complex compliance programs.
Proven ability to partner effectively with senior business leaders and crossfunctional stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills sound judgment and effective decisionmaking and problemsolving capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
Preferred:
Experience in medical devices pharmaceuticals or broader life sciences industries.
Prior experience supporting countrylevel or clusterlevel compliance programs within a global organization.
Familiarity with compliance monitoring investigations and remediation processes.
Experienceoperatingin highly matrixed multicultural environments.
Strong change management and influencing capabilities.
Other
Language:Fluency in Englishrequired;additionalAPAC languages preferred.
Travel:Up to2030% primarily withinmarkets in scopewith occasional regional travel.
Certifications:Compliance legal or ethicscertificationspreferred but notrequired.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company operating as DePuy Synthes.
