Job Descriptions:

- Design and conduct leadership and agency manager training programs to drive recruitment productivity and retention

- Proactively engage stakeholders to assess learning needs and co-create impactful training content methodologies and learning journeys
- Monitor evaluate and continuously enhance training effectiveness using data feedback and performance metrics
- Contribute to training governance short-term and long-term training strategies development and resource planning in alignment with the Company objectives

- Drive innovation in blended learning virtual facilitation coaching frameworks and experiential learning approaches
- Participate in special projects and ad hoc initiatives related to leadership capability building and organizational development

Job Requirements:

• Degree Holder with8 years of relevant training experience from the insurance industry
• Well reversed leadership training experience including designing planning and delivering of workshops
• Provenhands-onexperience in designing and delivering leadership training for mid-to-senior level leaders
• Ability toanalyzetraining needs instructional design facilitation and learning evaluation
• Sound knowledge and experience in talent development frameworks leadership competencies and succession programs
• Excellent presentation facilitation coaching and stakeholder management skills
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence negotiate and partner across teams
