Job Description:

The role

This position is to contribute thebelowactivities to the Customer Service Teamof Revenue Collection System(RCS)which is now servingmajor transport operators of Hong activitiesinclude and not limited to:repair and maintenance technical investigationproblem resolution training work instructionandprocess improvement.

Responsibilities

• Perform workshop maintenance activities which include trouble shooting repairing testing and reporting

• Investigate technical problems and provide solutions

• Training oftechniciansand junior technicians

• Development and revision of Work Instruction

• Improve the process of workshop activities

Requirements

• Degree/Higher Diploma in Engineering (Computer Electronics Electrical Mechanical)

• Electronics repair down to component level

• Computer system and network switch set up and configuration

• Good leadership skills with teamwork experiences

• Good communication skill and service attitude

• Good command of Cantonese and English
