Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Overall management of the workshop activities and spare/inventory for theAutomatic Fare Collection (AFC)maintenance services

• Implement Maintenance Plan Service Definition Document (what service activities workflow technical procedures work instructions etc.) and Service Management Plan that related to workshop activities.

• Organize the work and safety for the Workshop Maintenance team and resources including but not limited to manpower tools means and spares to deliver the Service activities

• Maintain service activities workflow technical procedures work instructions

• Assure the interface with the Customer (internal & external) on the technical services matters Report work progress to related parties according to agreed communication plan

• Lead the team to deliver workshop maintenance activities and actions in case of deviation of pre-defined performance indicators. Provide suggestions/proposals for activities optimization. Support roll-out of improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with other Maintenance teams Technical and Operation Departments for daily task execution knowledge sharing skills transfer and process improvements

• Support knowledge sharing and training activities together with Training Manager (if applicable)

• Report abnormalities and changes of configuration of the delivered services and systems. Update the Service File accordingly

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Engineering (Computer Electronics Electrical Mechanical) or above

• Over 5 years supervisory/management experience in workshop maintenance

• Health Safety Quality and Environmental management experience

• Good leadership skills with teamwork experiences

• Good communication skill and service attitude

• Good command of Cantonese and English

• Work in alternate 5-days/6-days week
