Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the site-based Maintenance Teamandactivities of the service contract.

• Effectively communicate with project team maintenancepartnerand customer.

• Set priorities distribute work andmonitorprogress and quality.

• Drive the performance and reliability of automated handling systemsminimizingdowntimeandmaximizingproductivity.

• Identifyrecurring issues and elaborate ideas for improvement i.e. the quality of work performance of employees and cooperation with other departments and stakeholders.

• Identifycontinuous improvement opportunities and develops practical solutions to enhance system and team performance.

• Manage andoptimizeCMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and maintenance tooling.

• Oversee spare parts managementin CMMSensuring availability whileoptimizingcosts and inventory levels.

• Maintain a strong focus on Health & Safety ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and standards.

• Plan and manage team schedules and shift allocations.

• Ensureoptimalmanpowerdeployment andappropriate skilldistribution across shifts.

• Schedule prioritize andcoordinatemaintenance activities to ensuretimelycompletion.

• Driveteamwork andculture of continuous performance improvement within the team.

• Collaborateclosely withoperations team maintenancepartnerand customerto alignmaintenance activities withday-to-dayoperational requirements.

• Lead initiatives for team capability building and skill enhancement.

Preferred Experience

• Proven experience in a similar maintenance management role.

• Experience working with automated Baggage handling or material handling systems is highly desirable.

• Background in industriallogistics or manufacturing environments.
