Lead Field Service Technician
Job Summary
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third party equipment (as per trade expertise)
- Day to day servicing calibrations and maintenance; including Diagnoses and repairs faults in air conditioning and mechanical equipment
- Estimates materials costs and quantities
- Financial control according to previously agreed budgets and plans
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives customers and service recipients
- Development and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information as instructed by Team Leader
- Achievement measurement and reporting of performance indicators and site service objectives
- Availability for and performance of duties outside of normal working hours as per agreed rosters and as directed
- Ensuring delivery of value to Honeywell clients and customers
- Reporting near misses incidents and other opportunities for improvement
- Carry out hazard and risk assessments for all tasks as per company policy and procedures
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree/ Higher Certificate / Higher Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 2 3 years project / maintenance service experience for Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate holder
- Proven track record on project management with minimum 1 2 years experience
- Strong knowledge with hands-on experience on Honeywell systems/products or similar in the industry
- Strong knowledge on computer systems such as Microsoft Office Professional Software Programming
- Computer System Networking etc and supported with basic typing skills
