Job Summary
Hong Kong Head of Engineering (C Low Latency Trading Infrastructure)
- Own the technical roadmap and lead a team building highperformance exchange connectivity market data processing and algorithmic trading engines
- Drive lowlatency design decisions across multiasset classes: equity derivatives delta one ETFs commodities and crypto
- Partner closely with quants and traders to implement quoting hedging and arbitrage strategies that directly impact P&L
- Establish engineering best practices: rigorous code reviews automated testing and tier3 production support
- Mentor senior C engineers and foster a collaborative intellectually curious culture
What you bring:
- 8 years of handson C development on Linux (C14/17 or newer) with deep lowlatency expertise
- Proven leadership experience on automated trading systems or exchange connectivity projects
- Strong command of multithreading network socket programming and distributed architecture
- Excellent analytical communication and English skills (Asian language a plus
