Responsibilities:
- Create and execute on the vision to ensuring that the product Is consistent with market trend while maintain the brand identity and overall business strategy;
- Knowledge and understanding of the sportswear kids wear& causal lifestyle product and client;
- Build strong relationships with the merchandising team to define seasonal framework and ensure that creative ideas and business goals are aligned;
- Possess strong knowledge of garment construction and conduct fit sessions to help solve all problems that may occur during proto sample stage; responsible for final approval of sample fit to ensure production ready market samples.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Fashion Design
- 2-3 years relevant working experience and portfolio of designing for apparel preferably in sportswear (Golf) and kids wear;
- Excellent fashion styling andcolorsenseprinting and graphic design;
- Full knowledge of raw materials washes and finished specific to the product;
- Strong interpersonal skills and good communication / presentation skills;
- Willing to work for different kind of design;
- Proficiencyin spoken and written English and Chinese spoken Japanese is an advantage;
- Travel to China South East Asia and Japan is required;
- Immediately available is an advantage.
