Business SegmentOverview:
Institutional: Immerse yourself in the best-in-class institutional-grade technology working alongside industry experts and gaining exposure to various asset classes such as equities options fixed income securities and advanced trading research and management technology.
Primary duties willinclude:
- Fixed Income Salesperson with established book of institutional transferrable relationships containing account types such as Banks Asset Managers REITS Pension Hedge funds or Insurance companies with a focus of onshore and offshore Chinese clients coverage background
- Tasked with driving revenue growth in the Asian markers in Agency andNon AgencySecuritized Products
- Collaboration with the Agency mortgage trading desk around strategy and approach to further develop the Asian markets. Aconduitbetween the APAC salesforce and the trading desk
- Thorough product and market knowledge within agencies Agency mortgages Non-Agency Structured Credit corporatesmunis andSSAs
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in conjunction with trading desk mandates initiatives
- Report directly to the Head of Securitized Product Sales Asia
- Frequent business travel for client and prospect meetings aswellclient entertainment

To land this role you will need:
- BA or BS in a finance or economics related background preferred
- 5-10 years fixed income sales experience
- Candidates for the program must possess a strong ongoing interest in the financial markets with emphasis on a dealers front-office Sales and Trading environment.
- Effective communicator and great teamwork skill
