Job Summary
The role includes:
- Provide 2D drafting and Design support to develop 3-dimensional details for the purposes of design development.
- Producing details of façade systems based on architectural sketches.
- Working closely with other team members to produce concept detailed and tender packages.
- Development of own skills in design engineering materials etc.
- Communicating regularly with design team and manager.
- Attending meetings with architects and contractors.
Qualifications :
- 1- 2 years experience in façade design
- At least one year BIM (Revit or Rhino) experience on building industry
- Degree or diploma holder of mechanical / civil / structural engineering
- Proficiency in MS office
- Knowledge of 3D design software (AutoCAD Rhino Sketchup Pro etc.)
- Knowledge of graphic software (Photoshop InDesign etc.)
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English. Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
