Responsibilities:
- Provide PC and Mac hardware maintenance.
- Provide server and network troubleshooting service.
- Provide server administration configuration monitoring tuning backup and recovery services.
- Diploma or above in Computer Science or any related discipline.
- 1-2 years relevant working experience in Helpdesk support.
- Strong communication or negotiation skill.
- Good command of written and spoken English Cantonese and Mandarin.
