Responsibilities:
- Follow security policies SOPs and manager instructions exactly.
- Assist with basic security monitoring alert triage and escalation.
- Support access management password resets and account checks.
- Help with patching endpoint checks antivirus/EDR and basic backups.
- Provide infra/helpdesk support to the project team.
- Document actions clearly and report issues promptly.
- Escalate anything unclear or risky immediately.
Requirements:
- Must be available to start immediately.
- Strong rule-following and compliance mindset no shortcuts.
- Good attitude responsible patient and coachable.
- Basic IT / infra / helpdesk skills.
- Willing to learn security tools and procedures.
- Spoken and WrittenChinese is a must
