Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IT procurement and sourcing activities including RFP/RFQ processes vendor evaluation contract negotiation and supplier selection.
- Partner with IT business finance and project stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies manage approvals and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
- Drive vendor management initiatives including onboarding performance reviews relationship management and risk assessments.
- Analyze procurement spend identify cost-saving opportunities and deliver procurement insights and reporting to senior management.
- Negotiate commercial and contractual terms to achieve optimal value while meeting business technical and legal requirements.
- Support continuous improvement of procurement processes governance and policy compliance across the organization.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and provide effective procurement solutions.
Skills & Experience
- 10 years of experience in IT procurement strategic sourcing and vendor management preferably within financial services insurance or related industries.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end RFP/RFQ processes and large-scale technology sourcing projects.
- Strong knowledge of IT procurement categories including hardware software telecom cloud and professional services.
- Solid vendor negotiation contract management and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of procurement best practices governance and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis cost optimization and procurement reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other procurement-related tools.
- Excellent communication project management and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Bachelors degree in Business IT Computer Science or a related discipline; CIPS or relevant procurement certifications are advantageous.
