Job Summary
What Youll Do
- Support and maintain enterprise network and application delivery infrastructure in a global production environment.
- Administer and troubleshoot F5 BIG-IP/A10 load balancers DNS and network connectivity issues.
- Perform infrastructure changes incident troubleshooting root cause analysis and operational support.
- Automate operational tasks using scripting and configuration management tools.
- Collaborate with global infrastructure application and engineering teams to ensure high availability and service reliability.
What Were Looking For
- 5 years of experience in Network Infrastructure Infrastructure Operations or Network Operations.
- Hands-on experience with F5 BIG-IP (A10 ADC experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP DNS HTTP/HTTPS routing and switching.
- Experience working with Linux/Unix environments.
- Scripting or automation experience using Python Ansible Bash PowerShell or similar.
- Experience supporting enterprise production environments with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Financial services or large enterprise experience is highly preferred.
