HKHK$70709 to HK$88971 (HMPS point 3 to 8) per month including Monthly Allowance | |
Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance. | |
Key Responsibilities: | |
1. | Assist General Manager (Administrative Services) in day-to-day managerial and administration functions of the Administration Services Division Tung Wah Hospital in one or more of the following areas: |
- | Domestic and Supporting Services |
- | Facilities Management |
- | Laundry and Linen Services |
- | Procurement and Materials Management |
- | Secretariat and Executive Support |
- | Community and Public Relations |
- | Capital Works Project Management |
- | Health Information and Records Management |
- | General Administration |
- | Planning and Commissioning |
- | Emergency Preparedness and Contingency Planning |
2. | Any other duties assigned by supervisors |
Entry Requirements: | |
1. | Good general education preferably up to tertiary level. |
2. | Minimum two years hospital administration experience at Hospital Administrator II / Management Trainee level. |
3. | Possession of formal management or hospital administration qualification is an advantage. |
Preferable Attributes | |
1. | Solid experience in the following core hospital administrative functions in hospital setting including Procurement & Materials Management Donation Management and Health and Information and Records Management. |
2. | Good communication interpersonal and organizational skills |
3. | Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese |
4. | Preferred attributes of multi-tasking and working under pressure. |
5. | Responsible self-motivated and able to work independently. |
6. | Willing to perform on-call duties as necessary. |
