As the Global HR Operations Manager you will lead the design and delivery of a unified HR operations strategy across multiple regions including APAC EMEA and the Americas. Reporting to the VP of People & Culture (APAC) you will oversee a team of People & Culture Specialists and drive high-quality compliant and efficient HR service delivery through a modern operating model and best-in-class systems.
This role combines strategic thinking with operational execution. You will lead global HRIS implementation standardize and scale HR processes and foster excellence in employee lifecycle supportall while driving data-informed decisions and aligning with local regulations and business growth goals.
