• ExecuteGlobal Air Gatewaystrategy & initiatives inDistrict.
• Responsible for overall operation management inDistrict.
• Airlines & vendors services and procurement cost leadership
• ULD / Consolidation % optimization per trade lane target
• Implement KPI to monitor productivity ofoperationstaff.
• Responsible forbudget ontonnage &volumethrough effective implementationand management.
• Provide leadership and management of the logistics team in the cluster driving strategy whilst ensuring high employee morale and motivation.
• Represent and promoteGCA Airwith all necessary local trade associations government and regulatory bodies.
• Actively champion and promote improvements in the organization
• Work with Human Resources on talent management people development and succession planning initiative
