About the job:

Job Purpose & Objectives

Provide operational assistance to the Equity Derivatives and Macro Trading and Sales teams in Hong Kong including Structured products life cycle management trade capture client service P&L reporting

cash management and break reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Life Cycle Management of the Structured Products (Fixings Corporate Action) notify clients and ensure smooth settlement by Operation team

• Ensure accurate trade capture and confirmations are sent to clients of various flows

• Collect KYC doc to initialise account opening for new broker requests

• Reconcile breaks between frontend systems and backend data. Resolve any trade discrepancies with various parties (trading desk client broker settlement)

• Perform trade reconciliations and follow-up on any discrepancies

• Perform regulatory reporting where necessary

• Work with front office and IT to enhance system functioning

• Report on performance and potential issues to direct management and more generally support management as and when required

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor degree

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Strong risk and control mind-set

• Strong IT Skills (Python VBA)

Language

• Fluent in English
