Manage regulatory tax audit and other ad-hoc reporting or filings
Contribute to the budget and outlook process
Data mining and analysis to produce management reporting
Proactive identification of improvements to enhance and automate systems and controls
Cover and support AUM reporting
Project manage APAC finance transformation
Provide wide ranging ad-hoc support to the APAC business and global finance function
Assist in the development and growth of junior staff in the team
Requirements:
Evidence of track record of project delivery transformation and critical thinking is required
Chartered accountant with 5-10 years experience or qualified by experience
Experience working in an regional capacity preferred
Commercial mindset with experience engaging with real life business scenarios
Working knowledge of SAP and business intelligence tools an advantage
Advanced Excel skills which will be tested
Familiarity with group structure matrices including cost centres and inter-companies
Numerate and methodical with a strong attention to detail and problem solving attitude
Able to work under pressure within tight deadlines
Able to manage conflicting demands with minimal supervision
Track record of working as part of a small team and on own initiative
Excellent written and spoken English essential; able to communicate clearly in verbal and written form with all levels of seniority
