Job Summary

Our client is a leading High-tech electronics consumer products company they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

Prepare quality reports product enhancement requests to the headquarter
Participate in technical training QA and beta testing activities
Assist in new products technical support and deliver reviews
Analyze and evaluate product quality and field performance
Prepare and review the technical materials
Participate in product presentations assist in demonstrationstechnical support and deliver reviews
Monitor the performance of third party service providers and repairing services
Support B2B projects

Requirements:

Diploma or above in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 1 year experience in product supporting
Basic knowledge in CTV/AV/Home Appliance product
Proficient in PC Skills (MS Excel and PowerPoint)
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
