Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Provide a full range of secretarial and administrative support to Executive Managers office
- Plan prioritize and arrange the Executive Managers daily schedule based on the criticality of appointments
- Arrange internal and external meetings or conferences including inviting and confirming participants and making all venue and logistical arrangements
- Handle telephone calls take messages or redirect the calls to relevant managers for follow up as necessary and appropriate
- Ensure travel and transportation arrangements are made according to corporate policies and the Executive Managers preferences and needs
- Assist in tracking work progress and preparing documents and budget reports as required
- Gather necessary information from internal and external parties maintaining strict confidentiality and ensure departmental correspondence and documents are classified and retained according to corporate policies
Requirements
- Grade E / Level 2 / Attained or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE including English and Chinese Language and/or a Certificate in Secretary / Business Administration/ Management Studies or equivalent
- A minimum of 6 years relevant experience in providing secretarial and administrative support
- Able to work independently and efficiently with excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Strong awareness on handling confidential and sensitive information
- Proficient in various software applications including Excel PowerPoint and word processing
Remarks
- Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
