Equity Research, HKChina Transportation , Associate VP

Primary Responsibilities

The candidate is expected to join the HK/China Transportation team. The team has been voted as the No.1 in the 2026 Institutional Investor Asia Research survey.

• Responsible for sector and company research and report drafting
• Perform detailed research analysis both quantitatively and qualitatively based on deep knowledge and understanding of fundamentals
• Address client requests in a timely fashion including performing the underlying analysis and drafting communication documents and emails
• Conduct live client interaction including in-person meetings live calls webcasts and ad-hoc interactions

QUALIFICATIONS

Skills required (essential)

• Experience in equity research within a top tier sell side or buy side firm
• 3-5 yearsof relevant experience in equity research or relevant areas is preferred
• Strong accounting knowledge and modelling skills
• Proactive learner and ability to work under pressure
• Excellentcommunication skills both in writing and in live client interaction
• Fluent in Mandarin Chineseand English(reading and writing)
