Division Head- Property
Responsibility :
- Advise the management on sales & leasing strategies and identify and explore investment opportunities in Hong Kong mainlandand oversea markets
- Monitor and evaluate the property market and investment trends of Hong Kong and other countries
- Carry out feasibility studies and reports for management approval
- Travel globally to negotiate deals execute transactions and sales & leasing plan
Requirement:
- Degree in Real Estate / Marketing / Surveying or relevant disciplines
- Professional qualifications such as HKIS/RICS/CFA is a definite advantage
- At least 10 years relevant experience of which 5 years in managerial level with property developer
- Proven track records in sales and leasing of investment properties and asset disposal and acquisition
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Analytical mind strong leadership excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
