Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with warehouse operations team to ensure operational efficiency
- Maintain operational records and documentation
- Review the standard operations procedure from time to time to ensure it copes with the latest requirement and workflow
- Work with third party vendors and constantly review vendors performance
- Provide support in both internal and external audits
- Prepare regular operational reports and KPI for managements review
- Conduct SOP trainings to internal staff
- Perform ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by superior
Job Requirements
- High Diploma in supply chain related area
- One to two years experience in warehouse logistics or distribution centre operations
- Proven skill in problem analysis with logical thinking
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel Word Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Proven skill in writing detailed reports in English
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and English both written and spoken
