Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Participate in driving various digital channels initiatives and marketing communications to expand and activate the MTR Mobile app customer base
  • Design and implement the end-to-end digital experience for customers across MTR Mobile and Website including the features related to green and recycling (i.e. Carbon Wallet function) and its correlated Content Management System (CMS)
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of MTR Mobile engagement features and in-app content drive digital channel enhancement projects to enhance customer experience and capture business growth opportunities of MTR Mobile
  • Govern and manage the user interface of MTR Mobile and MTR Website to ensure consistency and provide excellent user experience to customers
  • Support data strategies and customer segmentation to enable targeted marketing and cross selling evaluate digital channel and campaign performance to ensure initiatives are measurable
  • Conduct focus groups and survey to collect customer feedback and monitor the usage behavior of MTR Mobile for future enhancements


Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing / Business and Administration / Data Analytics / Computer Science or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in mobile apps or website development cycle
  • Good knowledge on latest mobile and web technology trend and system flow of computer applications
  • Solid knowledge on data analytics to collect analyse and interpret data to inform business decisions
  • Self-motivated with good analytical skills and able to work independently and effectively
