Our client is a leading retailers and wholesalers of electronic equipment devices and components.

Responsibilities:

To deliver professional customer service and technical support via handling inbound and outbound calls.
To build and maintain a good relationship with corporate key customers including Government Education Large Corporation Sectors.
Handling customers enquiry and provide pre/after sales order follow-up and related sales order procurement.
To coordinate with internal marketing team and technical team according to customers and market needs.
To assist in organizing corporate functions activities events seminars invitation.

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or Degree Holders in Electronics Engineering Business or related disciplines.
Customer oriented hardworking result oriented with positive attitude.
Willing to learn proactive and have excellent courteous manner.
Excellent telephone manner good command of Cantonese and English Mandarin is an advantage.
Good communication skills self-motivated and pleasant character.
Fresh graduate with sound academic backgroundwill be considered.
