More about the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Consultant to join our dynamic Corporate Communications team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients developing and executing impactful PR strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the media landscape in Hong Kong and the broader region excellent communication skills and a passion for media relations and strategies.

What youll do:

  • Understand media dynamics in Hong Kong and the broader region and generate insightful media reports for clients including media monitoring and analysis
  • Engage in various public relations tasks including strategic management of media relations coordination of one-on-one interviews and execution of press conferences
  • Create and distribute press releases and other media materials on behalf of clients in both Chinese and English
  • Assist in event planning and organization providing logistical support to ensure smooth execution
  • Develop skills in managing client relationships independently gaining an understanding of the clients industry strategic objectives and organizational structure
  • Proactively share insights and ideas to address client needs within the team

Experience that contributes to success:

  • Degree holder in Language and Translation Communications Journalism Public Relations Business or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 4-6 years of media experience PR or agency experience will be a plus
  • Strong command of written and verbal communication in English Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Staying informed on current affairs and business news within Hong Kong and the Greater China region
  • A genuine team player and self-starter with good work ethics
  • Highly motivated and result-oriented with sound problem solving skills
