Requirements

• Degree in Engineering / Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• A minimum of 4 years relevant experience in major infrastructure projects with in-depth knowledge of and experience in estimating and contract administration
• Possession of Corporate Membership of a recognised professional institution is preferred
• Accreditation in NEC Project Management or experience in NEC forms of contract is an advantage
• Good interpersonal negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Creative mindset with good presentation skills
• Strong interest in exploring AI tools and relevant applications

Remarks

• Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of commercial strategies project delivery plans and contract procurement strategies for Capital Works projects
• Assist in the development and implementation of NEC contract terms and related commercial procedures
• Assist in the tendering process including peer review of tender documents analysis of tender submissions and compilation of recommendations leading to award
• Provide support in driving the digitalisation of commercial practices and exploring AI applications in commercial processes to enhance work efficiency and accuracy
• Provide commercial support on matters leading to potential disputes
