Job Summary
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering / Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- A minimum of 4 years relevant experience in major infrastructure projects with in-depth knowledge of and experience in estimating and contract administration
- Possession of Corporate Membership of a recognised professional institution is preferred
- Accreditation in NEC Project Management or experience in NEC forms of contract is an advantage
- Good interpersonal negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Creative mindset with good presentation skills
- Strong interest in exploring AI tools and relevant applications

Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of commercial strategies project delivery plans and contract procurement strategies for Capital Works projects
- Assist in the development and implementation of NEC contract terms and related commercial procedures
- Assist in the tendering process including peer review of tender documents analysis of tender submissions and compilation of recommendations leading to award
- Provide support in driving the digitalisation of commercial practices and exploring AI applications in commercial processes to enhance work efficiency and accuracy
- Provide commercial support on matters leading to potential disputes
