Co-op 6-Month Internship Program – Business Optimization

Position Responsibilities:

• Support the design and development of automation solutions to streamline special quote workflows
• Analyse campaign performance across different channels and products
• Explore and test use cases for AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot) in business workflows
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track sales and campaign performance
• Work with actuarial and provide support on ad hoc tasks and projects as required by the department demonstrating flexibility and a keenness to learn.

Required Qualifications:

• Open to candidates from business related actuarial statistics computer science
• Able to work independently good problem-solving aptitude
• Able to work full time from 2026 Jul Dec

Preferred Qualifications:

• Interest in AI tools and automation (no prior experience required but curiosity is key)
• Exposure to Power BI / SQL / Python is a plus
