ISS STOXX is hiring! We are looking for a passionate individual who is eager to learn and grow within the financial services industry to join our Client Support team (Level 1). This team is responsible for delivering high-quality service to clients and acts as the primary link between clients and the organization.

Responsibilities

As an Associate in the ISS STOXX Client Support team you will primarily focus on making sure clients inquiries about our Index products methodologies and calculation processes are addressed in the most efficient and professional way.

This role is highly visible within the organization as you will need to work with different teams to achieve this and deliver the best possible client experience.

You will have the opportunity to develop deep client relationships through proactive follow-ups and by onboarding new users and organizations into the STOXX Indices services.

You will also be responsible for publishing and explaining index-related announcements that will impact our clients investment processes.

Qualifications

• Holds a degree in Finance Economics Mathematics or a related field

• At least 2-3 years of client support / service experience in financial services or data environment; Experience working with internal stakeholders (Technology Operations Product)

• Proficiency in Excel including building and maintaining macros is a strong advantage

• Strong understanding of financial markets and index products preferred

• Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Working proficiency in Japanese language is a plus

• A service-oriented professional with a strong sense of ownership over client issues and a genuine interest in building long-term relationships

• Proactive driven and maintains a positive whatever it takes mindset to deliver exceptional client satisfaction

• Demonstrates professionalism and courtesy in all forms of communication

• Eager to learn grow and thrive in a dynamic and evolving corporate environment

• Adaptable and open to change with a mindset focused on challenging the status quo and proactively suggesting process improvements

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines

• Comfortable working in a diverse global team environment collaborating across different cultures and regions
