Responsibilities:
- Handle examine and settle Accident & Healthclaims according with Company philosophy and guidelines
- Comply with claims instructions and provide quality work effectively and efficiently
- Handle related enquiries from the policyholders brokers or relevant parties
- Support manager to implement initiatives to improve performance
- Maintain positive relationship with all stakeholders
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline recent/fresh graduate is welcome with mid-back office administrative experiences
- 1-2 years of work experience in handlinghome or travelclaims is preferred.
- Results oriented self-motivated responsible individual with high levels of integrity
- Good command of written & spoken English and Cantonese good speaking Mandarin is preferred
- Proficient in Excel MS Word and PowerPoint
