Description
Qualifications
- Process policy alternations according to policyowners instructions within the time frame predefined by the company
- Support / assist in ad hoc project(s) if assigned including preparation of user requirement and test plan conducting user-acceptance test (UAT) etc.
- Assist in daily operation monitoring and quality assurance checking
- Handle enquiries from distributors and internal departments
- Handle group life administration matters such as member movement and renewal arrangement
Qualifications
- University graduate preferred
- 4-5 years working experience in financial or insurance industries with group life experience as an advantage
- Proficiency in written English and Chinese
- Computer literate with hands-on experience in pc applications such as MS Office and Chinese word processing
