ZeroIgnition Technologies (HK) Co. Ltd. (the Company) is a deep-tech enterprise engineering next-generation integrated smart fire protection and gas detection monitoring solutions tailored specifically for semiconductor cleanrooms. By fusing deep expertise in cleanroom electrical infrastructure and piping design with intelligent monitoring ZeroIgnition creates unified safety ecosystems that identify hazards at the earliest pre-incident stages.

The Company aims to dramatically lower cleanroom false alarm rates shorten emergency response times and provide equipment-level autonomous safety intervention for high-value manufacturing operations.

The incoming CEO will be expected to immediately drive the following key initiatives:

• Build Core R&D Infrastructure: Spearhead the establishment of a Cleanroom Environment Simulation Laboratory and a Cleanroom Fire & Gas Monitoring Data Analysis Centre to establish architectural benchmarks and core metrics for next-gen intelligent safety systems.

• Global Pilot Acceleration: Rapidly build business partnerships and secure live deployment opportunities across three primary technology hubs: the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) Malaysia and California USA.

• Field Testing & Data Partnerships: Negotiate on-site pilot trials and data-sharing collaborations with semiconductor fabs and high-tech manufacturing clients to validate localised equipment-level early warning capabilities.

• System Integration: Oversee the translation of real-world cleanroom electrical and piping construction experience into an integrated smart fire and gas monitoring matrix maximising pre-hazard detection for critical machinery.

• Executive Leadership & Strategy: Lead the corporate strategy execution roadmap and overall P&L positioning the company as a market leader in semiconductor cleanroom safety.

• Commercialisation & Global Expansion: Drive B2B customer acquisition and strategic alliances focusing initially on GBA Southeast Asia (Malaysia) and North America (California).

• Investor Relations & Financing: Represent the company to existing stakeholders and prospective institutional investors raising future growth capital and aligning operational milestones with board expectations.

• Product & R&D Alignment: Connect engineering data science and field installation teams to ensure technology development matches real-world cleanroom operational demands.

• Executive Team Building: Hire and lead senior talent across technical R&D business development and international regulatory compliance.

• Proven Exit Track Record (Mandatory): Demonstrated history of serving in senior leadership (CEO Founder or C-suite) with at least one successful track record of exit (M&A trade sale or IPO) in semiconductor infrastructure industrial IoT/AI advanced safety or clean tech.

• Dual-Domain Capability: Capability to fluently bridge complex engineering concepts (cleanroom design gas detection electrical systems) with commercial strategy and VC/PE investor relations.

• Global Market Experience: Background in driving technology validation trials and commercial partnerships in Asia-Pacific and/or North America. Existing networks within semiconductor manufacturing or industrial cleanroom ecosystems are highly advantageous.

• Financial & Capital Acumen: Strong track record in capital allocation strategic fundraising and positioning early-to-growth stage companies for liquidity events.

• Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Hong Kong with flexibility for global executive travel.

• Base Salary: $250000 USD per annum (commensurate with background).

• Equity Package: Significant executive equity stake linked to corporate performance and exit valuation targets.
