Job Summary

Our client is a long established and one of the leading general building main contractors in Hong Kong they are principally engaged in construction and maintenance projects in Hong Kong and construction projects in Macau. They are inviting a high calibre candidate for the following vacancy:

Chief Engineering Geologist

Requirements:

University degree in Geology or Earth Science or equivalent in appropriate discipline or Chartered Geologist of the Geological Society of London or equivalent
7 years of site experience in construction contracts which involved mapping of exposed rock faces using NGI-Q or RMR rock mass classification systems for the selection of ground support for construction of underground tunnel(s) or cavern(s)
At least 11 years shall be on underground tunnel(s) or cavern(s) with the largest transverse cross sectional area of not less than 100 square metres.
