We are looking for a Chef de Cuisine (All Day Dining) based at Aberdeen Marina Club!

As a Chef de Cuisine (All Day Dining) we rely on you to:

• Assist the implementation of seasonal and special menus research and develop new ideas and trends especially on Hong Kong style cuisine
• Assists in supervising all kitchen areas to ensure a consistent high quality product is produced
• Responsible for efficient control stocking dispensing and security of all commodities in the kitchens
• Ensure that the service of food is completely to members satisfaction and to the standard required by the company
• Striving to delight our members and guests each and every time

We are looking for someone who has:

• Form 5 or Certificate holder of Western / Chinese Kitchen of Vocational Training Council
• Minimum 5years relevant experience in related professions especially on buffet & a la carte menu
• Good command of English and Cantonese
• Detail-oriented motivated and able to work under pressure
