Responsibilities:
- Leading French bakery chain company.
- Lead a group over 50 employees across the group.
- Manage retail existing network and manage new openings.
- Manage other company aspects from operations marketing to sales and finance.
- Develop company strategy.
- Degree holder.
- Minimum of 10 years F&B experience.
- Turnover in excess of HKD30M.
- Good command of spoke French English and Mandarin.
- Immediate available is preferred.
