Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of strategic business planning platform at all key functions and execute the roll out plans throughout the organization of the Group;
- Support and facilitate the development of long term strategies and action plans for all the key functions & operation units to ensure strategic alignment and synergy;
- Prepare PowerPoint or documentation for business project support;
- Being able to prepare business plans;
- Follow through the action plans for all identified critical Issues;
- Understanding business change needs assessing the impact of those changes capturing analyzing and documenting requirements;
- Conduct market analysis and take actions to mitigate risks;
- Analyze and challenge the business from top line to bottom line for identification of improvement areas;
- Facilitate project meetings and propose creative solutions to resolve business issues;
- Analyze market information regularly to generate reports and forecast;
- Support & report to the Director in various aspects of the business growth
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in Business Administration Marketing Business Development Finance or relevant discipline;
- At least 2 years relevant working experience in Business Development experience;
- Fluent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese;
- Good analytical personal presentation skills & problem solving skills;
- Strong business acumen with proven experience in project management;
- Strong Powerpoint presentation data and business analysis capabilities
- Experienced in budgeting scoping scheduling and driving projects from initiations to delivery;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word & PowerPoint;
- Excellent in command of written and spoken English and Cantonese;
- Good time-management self-motivated well-organized and able to work under pressure;
- Candidates with less experience will also be considered;
- Immediate available is highly preferable
