Business Analyst, Cards Technology Top Bank

Support delivery of card and payments initiatives by gathering requirements defining business processes and working with technology teams to deliver solutions across the card lifecycle. The role focuses on card products payment processing reconciliation operations and stakeholder coordination in a regulated banking environment.

What youll do

• Gather and document business requirements for card and payment changes.
  
• Map current and future processes across authorisation settlement reconciliation disputes and servicing.
  
• Work with IT operations procurement compliance and testing teams to support delivery.
  
• Support UAT issue triage and process rollout.
  
• Prepare user stories process flows and functional documentation for Agile delivery.
  

What you need

• Experience as a Business Analyst in cards payments or banking technology.
  
• Good understanding of credit/debit cards card processing and payment flows.
  
• Strong stakeholder management and requirement-gathering skills.
  
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and cross-functional project environments.
  
• Exposure to card operations reconciliation and risk/compliance controls.
  

Nice to have

• Experience with virtual cards lodge cards or commercial card products.
  
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle.
  
• Experience working across global teams and vendor partners.
