AVP Java Developer

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer (AVP level) to join our strategic infrastructure buildout within Liquid Financing. This role is part of a global initiative supporting the APAC SBL/Financing platform with high visibility and direct interaction with traders and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and maintain applications using Java Spring Boot (backend) and Angular/React (frontend).
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development and automation.
• Collaborate with global teams across APAC NY London and India to deliver scalable solutions.
• Partner closely with traders and product stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Ensure system reliability performance and alignment with strategic infrastructure goals.

Requirements:

• 510 years of software development experience in financial services.
• Strong expertise in Java Spring Boot and Angular (React experience also considered).
• Familiarity with Python and CI/CD tools.
• Solid understanding of Prime Brokerage Equities and/or FICC products.
• Excellent communication skills with proven ability to work in forwardfacing roles.
• Experience in global crossfunctional teams preferred.
