Responsibilities:
- Monitor the R&D team to ensure product development & production schedule on time;
- Define product specification and dummy / technical samples making and approval;
- Deed with the engineering team of the developing product;
- Collaborate with designing team of the developing new product;
- Liaising and negotiating with supplier to ensure the quality and minimize the costing;
- Frequency travel or stay few days in China
- Form 5 diploma or above;
- Minimum 7 years manufacturing and engineer experience in watch field for Engineer
- Much experience at management level
- Solid experience in development and sourcing;
- Knowledge of MS office and engineering software: Autocad etc;
- Ability to work independently with least supervision;
- Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese proficient in English and Mandarin;
- Strong sense of responsibility detail-minded well-organized and be a good team player;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good time-management self-motivated willing to learn mature and able to work independently and under pressure;
- Immediate available is highly preferable
