Quantity Surveyor
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for purchasing activities from sourcing negotiation cost comparison order delivery and invoicing lead time concern
- Prepare and follow up purchase orders and quotations
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve purchasing issues
- Tender send out and quotation collection
- Prepare and monitor the project material schedule
- Material submission preparing
- Able to communicate with designer site team cost team as preferences
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying/Building/ Construction or related discipline.
- 2-3 years or above relevant experience in Fitting out Projects in Main Contractor/ Sub-contractor firms
- Corporate office fitting-out experience preferable.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
Immediate Available will be advantage.
