Assistant Project Manager Property (Ref 260000GW)

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of the Corporations development projects
• Ensure all project works are completed on time within budget and in compliance with all relevant Development Brief (DB) statutory requirements design quality and safety standards
• Assist in the day-to-day administration of Development Agreement (DA) and monitor the work progress and performance of developers consultants and contractors throughout the entire development process
• Carry out development feasibility design planning and technical studies for potential development sites and preparation of DA/DB
• Carry out site inspections factory visit and etc.
• Liaise with government departments internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate project progress

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture / Engineering or a related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years experience in large-scale developments
• Understanding of relevant statutory regulations with sound knowledge of property markets architectural planning building and E&M systems contract administration project cost and programming
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese

Remarks

• Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
