Responsibilities:
- Assist to develop implement and evaluate marketing/promotional plans brand strategies and tactical programs to generate sales leads and maintain market awareness;
- Assist to develop and monitor the marketing budget and control actual marketing spend to ensure marketing effectiveness;
- Plan the scope of market research and seek external research house to conductthe survey where appropriate. Evaluate and present the research findings to senior management and relevant departments;
- Pro-actively work with the sales team and provide marketing support to assist the retail teams daily operations and ad hoc events including but not limited to newproduct launch new shop opening VIP events internal ordering meetings etc;
- Work closely with the VM team to ensure presentation at the POS is consistentwith the brand image and the Groups latest marketing theme.
- Explore and evaluate opportunities to collaborate with third parties liaise with media and press groups for advertorials editorials sponsorships joint promotions etc. to increase market awareness of brand.
- Maintain and develop strategies for social media such as Facebook and Instagram to increase brand reach.
Requirements:
- Degree holder preference will be given to those from English/Chinese language degree holders.
- Strong self-motivation and with outgoing personality;
- Capable of working independently under pressure and meeting tight deadlines;
- Strong written English & Chinese. Fluent in spoken English Cantonese & proficient in Mandarin;
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience;
- Good network in the advertising PR and media fields is crucial.
