Job Summary

Our client is a Leading Finance Company they are currently seeking for Assistant Manager (Mortgage Underwriting)to join their team.

Assistant Manager (Mortgage Underwriting)

Responsibilities:

To perform mortgage loan underwriting/approval for Mortgage Insurance Programme (MIP);
To ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards;
To liaise with authorized institutions on loan servicing for MIP;
To track loan portfolio performance; and
To participate in ad hoc duties or projects.

Requirements:

Tertiary education with a minimum of 7 years solid mortgage underwriting experience preferably in financial institutions;
Keeping abreast of the credit policy and control procedure in mortgage lending;
Good command of spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
Strong analytical skill and proficient in PC/spreadsheet applications; and
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Associate.
