Assistant Manager, Medical Case Management

Position Responsibilities:
- Provide business development capability to penetrate in current channels and extend to new channels/partners.
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with TPA and manage the TPA KPI and SLA along with being the Contract Manager for TPA.
- Develop and manage preferred provider network (where applicable)
- Develop and manage hospital payments (where applicable)
- Conduct analysis of the diagnosis and aliment alignment and treatment duration ensuring best treatment
- Evaluate the health business performance and provide initiatives to maximize business reach and potential.
- Become a subject matter expert on medical products processes and operations and remain up-to-date on industry news
- Work with Product Sales Strategy Marketing Data Analytics to gather and validate intelligence
- Liaise with MOVE to onboard relevant and meaningful services/partners onto health ecosystem
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in related field
- Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales client management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including facilitation of group presentations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint
- Basic understanding of the industry with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job
- Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose solutions for prospect partners clients (external and internal)
