Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Systems or a related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years relevant experience of which 1 year should be at supervisory level
• Proven experience in application development preferably Microsoft Power Platform such as Power App Power Automate and Power BI
• Experience and knowledge of implementing enterprise applications for legal and governance domain e.g. customer management system/ contract management solutions / corporate governance and risk management solutions is an advantage
• Hands-on knowledge or practical experience in applying AI technologies (e.g. AI-assisted development automation analytics or Copilot/LLM-based solutions) to enhance business processes and system solutions is an advantage
• Strong stakeholder / vendor management skills with high level of competence in problem solving interpersonal skills and business acumen
  Good presentation analytical and communication skills in both written and spoken English

Remarks

• Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms

Responsibilities

• Assist to manage digital solution projects for Legal & Governance and Corporate Affairs & Branding Function of the Corporation
• Work closely with business users to gain in-depth understanding of business requirements and translate into system requirements and specifications
• Partner with business users to research source and/or formulate the digital solutions fulfilling business requirements
• Lead and manage vendor and/or internal IT development team to develop the digital solutions
• Supervise and support project implementation activities such as system configuration training and UAT
• Proactively identify and escalate project risk to the management
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business process changes to adopt new digital solutions
