Job Summary
Manage the DC daily operations from receiving picking dispatch and return in order to meet the KPI
Job Responsibilities:
Allocate resources and tasks to supervisors and floor staff based on the days volume and priority
Coordinate routine cycle count and stock take to ensure inventory accuracy
Review the standard operations procedure from time to time to ensure it copes with the latest requirement and workflow
Work with third party vendors and constantly review vendors performance
Meeting with clients for performance regular review
Participate in both internal and external audits
Follow up on complaints and deviations with appropriate corrective actions
Prepare documents and reports related to quality assurance issue
Conduct SOP trainings to internal staff
Perform ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by superior
Job Requirements
- High Diploma or above in supply chain logistics or related field
- One to two years experience in a similar role
- Proven skill in conducting studies and investigations problem analysis with logical thinking
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel Word Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Good to have basic knowledge on quality management
- Good to have experience on SAP applications
- Proven skill in writing detailed reports in English
- Demonstrate fluency in Cantonese and English both written and spoken
