Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across business functions to understand strategic priorities identify opportunities and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Lead business analysis by interpreting performance trends customer behavior and operational metrics to support decision-making and business growth.
• Manage and coordinate analytics projects from requirements gathering through delivery ensuring alignment of timelines priorities and stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with business data and IT teams to develop and enhance reporting dashboards data assets and analytics solutions.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to improve reporting efficiency data quality and business effectiveness.

• Strong stakeholder management communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage both business and technical audiences.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations that drive business outcomes.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with experience synthesizing complex information into meaningful business insights.
• Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Tableau SQL and Python; exposure to AI advanced analytics or financial services is an advantage.

Qualifications

• University graduate in Statistics Computer Science Data Science Business Analytics Economics Mathematics or related disciplines.
• At least 8 years of experience in business analytics data analytics or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience managing stakeholder relationships and leading analytics initiatives or projects.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to convey complex analytical insights to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in financial services wealth management insurance or pension-related industries is an advantage.
